Richard De La Cruz is a licensed real estate professional affiliated with Charles Rutenberg Realty, focused on inherited, probate, and complex property situations across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester.

He works with families who are navigating one of the heavier conversations a household can have — what to do with a property after a death, a foreclosure notice, a sibling disagreement, or a property that's been sitting vacant. His approach is to slow the conversation down, explain the options in plain language, and let the family decide what fits.

Richard is bilingual — English and Spanish — and answers calls personally. Many of the families he works with are Hispanic households in New York who feel more comfortable reviewing documents, contracts, and timelines in Spanish.
